Ryan Cohen founded Loarch in December 2020 to change that — one client at a time. We started in business consulting doing financial analysis, business planning, and turnaround management because we believe that good strategy should not be a luxury. Over time it became clear the same gap exists in technology. Small businesses want to use AI. They want modern IT infrastructure. They want custom solutions that fit how they operate. They just need the right partner to make it happen.
